A Calm Stay Near Wootton Basset

The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I found Matthew at the bar to be especially polite when I ordered dinner. The chef, Arthur, made delicious food, I thought. The gardens are well kept, which I found made the location scenic.

I noticed the exterior of the hotel looked a little shabby, however it wasn't a big deal.

i found a very good room, it had huge size with plenty of space. a couple of seats helped and the ability to open the windows properly was great to cool the room. the jacuzzi bath was a nice bonus. access was good, and it was reasonably quiet.

The hotel is very tired and needs some money spent on it. our room was large, but peeling wallpaper. I wouldn't go back.

i found the room very spacious with a comfortable bed. there was a large en-suite, also a separate shower. when i asked at the bar, i got complimentary water to take back to the room.

i was disappointed that the room was not properly cleaned. there were cobwebs in the room and the bathroom was very dated. black mould grew in the grouting.
